This auction is for a vintage Royal Stetson "Whippet" fedora. This hat was originally sold by the J.L. Hudson Company of Detroit Michigan. The size tag only reads 5/8 but I believe it to be a 6 and 5/8ths. The hat's opening measures just over 7" by 6" with a 2.5" wide brim. It stands 4" tall. This hat is in very good condition with minimal wear and no staining. Neither the previous nor current owners were smokers. I've included a vintage Dobbs hat box. The box has some creases and other issues but is in decent shape.
