Veste de costume jupe à carreaux rouge noir Valentino Couture automne 1989 taille S 4

Gorgeous Valentino Couture jacket and skirt suit set made of premium wool and lined in red silk. The fabric is red, white, and cream colored check/plaid pattern. From a distance it appears to be a grayish pink. No major flaws on the fabric or lining. The only flaw worth noting is that the bottom plastic piece on the right side zipper is missing. This does not affect functionality of the zipper, you just have to be a bit more intentional when starting the zip. I have included photos of this. The skirt is tighter fitting than the jacket. The skirt seems to be best for a size 4 or maybe a smaller 6. The jacket is looser and would easily fit up to a size medium, though it is made to have a slightly oversized fit, as was the style in the 80s/90s. Please check all of the measurements below to ensure the fit will be right for you. All measurements are taking with garments lying flat on a surface.
