We are happy to combine postage costs for multiple items. We only ship recorded so all parcels are trackable and require a signature on delivery. If you require a quote for additional services such as Royal Mail special delivery, first class or express delivery, or Royal Mail airsure please contact us. Please note we are not responsible for any damage to items that may incur in transit. We will ship all items worldwide via Royal Mail international signed for. As Royal mail prices have recently increased a great deal please contact us for a quote BEFORE bidding if needed. The prices will be calculated as the quoted prices for UK shipping + for International signed for + additional airmail costs. (Please note – if you are outside of the EU any associated customs tax or import charges are legally payable by you.) We are usually able to despatch within 3 working days of payment clearing. We are based in the UK & mail Monday – Friday. To allow for occasional Royal Mail delays, we ask that you allow ten working days for delivery from the date of payment clearing. If an item has not arrived within two weeks, please contact us. If you require an item more quickly, then please contact us for a quote, and to check if we can arrange express delivery. We use Royal Mail as our primary carrier and have very few cases of items getting lost in the post, however it does happen very occasionally, as do delivery delays.
