We support three charities doing amazing work for elephants in different parts of the world -

Elephant Family work mostly with Asian elephants in India and South East Asia, their work includes saving and maintaining habitats and working with communities to avoid conflict where elephant habitats and human civilisations overlap.

The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation works in animal conservation all over the world but our donations go towards their projects supporting African elephants in Uganda through the Waterways project and at the elephant orphanage in Zambia.

The Save Elephant Foundation is based at the Elephant Nature Park in the Mae Taeng Valley, just north of Chiang Mai, Thailand, and specialise in providing care and assistance to Thailand's captive elephant population through rescue, rehabilitation, and education within communities.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange on all orders.

We will accept returns at any point up 30 days after the sale date so long as the product is returned in perfect condition in the original packaging and with the tags still attached – essential so that it can be resold.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed upon inspection of the returned item. If the return has been received by us within 14 days of the buyer receiving their original order then the refund will be for the total sale price inclusive of any additional postage charged at the time of ordering. If the return is received after 14 days then any additional postage charged will not be refunded. All international orders are only eligible for a postage refund equivalent to the domestic standard postage charges.

Exchanges will be despatched upon receipt of the returned item. If there is a time constraint then you are welcome to complete a separate purchase for the correct item and then return the unwanted one for a refund. If time is not a problem then just post the unwanted item(s) back to us and please include a note stating that you would like to exchange and what you would like to exchange for along with your name and order number. This will ensure that your exchange is dealt with swiftly. There are no additional charges for the exchange postage.
