Most of our watches just need a battery because they have been sitting around for a while so untested, and all our used estate sale items are sold "as is" and or for parts and repair. No warranties are expressed or implied. The easiest way to ship internationally is through the E Bay Global shipping Program . Shipping packaging and insurance are paid for by the buyer. Per and our policy you have a time restriction of 60 minutes or 1 hour to retract or cancel your contract to buy the item you won. Once you place a bid, you agree to pay for the item if you're the winning bidder. If you feel you have a valid reason for cancelling a bid, fill out a Bid Retraction.
