Its front and back panels are in sheer teal mesh embroidered with black spots. The front panel runs from the hip sides to the back gusset seam, the back panel runs from the hip sides to the back gusset seam. The leg sides and waist band are all edged with a narrow band of doubled over teal elastic with a satin sheen, secured to the teal mesh with fine teal zig-zag stitching. Two black satin ribbon bows with a crimped edge are sewn to the top of the side seams, their loops rise over the top of the waistband. Inside the gusset is lined with teal coloured Jersey cotton.
