Check out my other items! This pair of Azzedine Alaia beige/tan leather peep toe slingback peep toe sandals with a covered raffia partially hidden platform are so beautiful. This is an impeccably tailored shoe. The leather has pale beige contrasting stitching. The heel is wood with detailing The wood covered heel height is 5.25" if measured from the back of the heel. The platform is 1.25 inch by the toe and 1.75 inch by the sides. This compares to a 3.5" inch heel. This shoe is so interesting as it is very easy in which to walk and is so comfortable. I originally bought this shoe for myself, but at age 60 I have found that I have never worn it. Somehow - not suprising - it looks much better on a younger person. The inside heel to toe measurement is 9.5". This style did seem to run normal. I am normally a size 36.5 in most European designer shoes except Louboutin and this platform was a great fit. This shoe came from Saks in Beverly Hills and comes with its original box and dust covers. The size 36.5 shoes have never been worn.
