Tracking your order: Once the tracking number is provided you can manage and monitor your parcel journey by visiting Royal Mail website.

Returns: Returns are accepted. If you change your mind you can return your item purchased. You must cover the delivery cost . To exercise the right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery date about changing your mind trough system. Returns should be sent back to us not later than 14 days after you have notified us. Returns not following cancellation notification deadline may be subject to a deduction from the reimbursement and will not receive refund of original postage cost. Item(s) must be returned to us not worn, intact, and undamaged, with security labels/ swing tags attached and original packaging within 14 days of the return request. 

When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, jewellery, perfume or deodorant which may leave marks. Please do not remove any security swing tags / labels attached unless you are sure you will keep the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed and we will deduct up to 50% of the cost if the item is returned in different condition or not meeting the notification deadline of 14 days.
