Shown on my size 6 mannequin fits perfectly but is stretchy & fits size 8 as well

Measurements laid flat without pulling or stretching but it is stretchy so stretches beyond the measurements:
Length approx 34.5" (from shoulder to hem)
Waist approx 12” or 24” around but stretches beyond that
Armpit to armpit approx 15” or 30” around but stretches beyond that
