Brand new with tags. I'm not sure if this dress originally came with a belt, but it doesn't have one now. Any black belt would look cute. It also looks cute with no belt.
Top and bottom both have some stretch.
Please compare the following measurements to a dress you currently wear:
Armpit to armpit – 20”
Flat waist – 19”
Shoulder to hem – 46”
How do I measure? (All items are measured without stretching the item and are approximate measurements.)
Armpit to armpit – Straight across the front from end of armpit to end of armpit.
Flat waist – Measured from one end of waist to the other while item is laying flat.
Shoulder to hem – From the top of shoulder to bottom of hem. Measured on front of item.
