Occasion
Wide and long shallow mask with eye holes in it, weathered paint and have dark patina, small crack at the bottom.
These masks were worn by tribal of Himalayan region near Nepal or Tibet known as Shamans. Shamans use to use this mask during prayers/ritual. These masks were important part of their culture.
This is hand carved and crafted by member of shaman tribe.
A rare and fantastic piece for collection.
Item is in "as found" condition.
Weight of mask is 747g approx. (Slight variation is possible)
