Mario Valentino Mens Made In Italy Cashmere Vintage Sweater (see descr for size). The tag says 48but this thing is vintage and is much slimmer fitting. I'm 6" tall and about 195 pounds and it was very snug on me. I think it would fit someone a few inches shorter and 20-30 pounder lighter. It's like in between a small and a medium I'd say but closer on the small size. I usually don't do returns but in this case I will honor returns if the sweater doesn't fit. Item is sold as is and returns will not be accepted unless you were shipped an item that wasn't pictured. Additional photos can be provided upon request.
