And it means that these things were worn, tried on, or touched by other people! And these people use perfumes, or hand creams. And since I'm Auctioning these Items they are usually highly discounted Versus Department Store/Boutiques, therefore I do not accept Returns or Exchanges, so please, ask all your questions before bidding. 2) Every one of us has different standards for condition of the Items. I use my own judgment, and try to describe the condition of the item the best way, I can. And if I describe, that the Item is in excellent condition – that is my opinion, and that means - I would wear it as is! And that is how you will buy it! No returns! Some of you may not agree with me. However, you MUST remember, that you are not buying in the department store, who buys their brand new merchandise directly from manufactures. And remember - you buying it for highly discounted price! So, again - ask your questions before you buy. 3) I’m trying to describe the Item the best way I can. But, I am not perfect, so don't be shy to ask for additional measurements, I would be happy to help. You must also remember that every designer has different standards for sizing. It must be your responsibility to know what works for you. I'm not responsible for any clothing that does not fit perfectly. When purchasing clothing on the Internet (as in any other place), expect to have it altered to insure a "perfect fit". And please, email me your questions first, before you buy. 4) Some “Pre-Owned” items may have some small stains or spots inside, on the lining, even after it was dry cleaned! I do not consider this as damage, as it is not noticeable from outside. Also, I may not notice it on the new items – because it is simply not noticeable from outside! (Paragraph # 1) 5) And last, but not list: I will not honor attempts to get bigger discount for an item, after you bought it from me, claiming, that you found a damage, stain or smell, that was not mentioned in the description, but you do not want to return it, however be happy to get a bigger discount!
