Gorgeous Valentino Haute couture velvet skirt. Late 80’s early 90’s No fabric composition label but most likely silk velvet and lined in silk. Gorgeous dark blue velvet which in the light flashed vibrant electric blue. Perfect to dress up or down. Skirt fastens with hook and eyes at the waist and has a metal zip closure Measurements are Waist 26 inches (66cm) Hips 40 inches (101.5cm) Total length 26 inches (66cm) Very good condition a few small marks in the velvet from storage but these could come out with a light steaming.
