Up for sale is one of Azzedine ALAIA's classic designs -- black mohair wool knit full circle skirt, that flares out, thanks to the full lining with built in crinoline strips to hold shape. It is exactly as shown on runway in cream and as shown in alaia spread on topless model as well as worn in white dress version by Naomi C who considers Alaia her Papa. The crinoline lining makes this incredibly flattering and produces a perfect silhouette! There is a zipper at the side. The skirt is fully lined and made of very thick wool blend knit alaia is famous for. The waist band is made of striped pattern backed with nude lining. This skirt is an essential part of any wardrobe -- it goes from the office to after-hour cocktails given its beautiful cut and unexpected seaming/detailing!
Fabric: Wool mohair blend (heavy and substantive fabric). Tonal poly lining backed with crinoline. Of course, this is 100% AUTHENTIC AZZEDINE ALAIA!
This collectable skirt is in excellent condition, new without tags!
Size is FRENCH 38. Alaia typically runs small and there is no stretch in this design. Please know what you wear in Alaia, as I cannot be held responsible for poor fit. Approximate measurements: Waist 26". Hip full", Length 21". Made in Italy.
