Kimonos are ankle-length gown with long, expansive sleeves and a V-neck. This Kimono neither has buttons nor ties, and is lapped left over right across the chest and secured at the waist by a belt. A nice robe with a beautiful print in lovely colours. This Kimono/Beach Cover Up/Bath Robe has twin pockets in the front with soft white piping detail. You can style it well with your night dress when at home. To give a relaxed look team it up with a pair of denims/shorts and tee. It is also great for New Mums as these dresses are comfort clothing. It does also make a great beach cover up and is perfect for at the pool or beach. For the very reason that each item has been handmade there is always an element of human error, whether it be a missed stitch or overlapping block print design. Although we do run quality check prior to dispatching the orders there may still be some with minor imperfections. For us the beauty is in the imperfection as it is a sign meaning your robe is handmade. However, we think you are more likely to be amazed by how perfect a handmade product can be. Truly a Fair-trade product at a fair price encouraging the growth and development of small craft producers. Indigo is a natural dye which is not colour fast. After a first few washes it settles down. Recommendation is to gentle wash it separately in cold water and then dry in shade.
