This two-piece pajama or lounging set dates to the 1920s, and is made of the lightest pink tissue silk. It has wonderful embroidery at the neckline, and two small pockets near the waist. There are several period repairs throughout the garment, some splits in the silk, and discoloration. The bust measures 38 and the top is cut very straight so the waist of the top is also 38 inches. The waist of the pajama bottoms is about 26 inches unstretched. I have not attempted to stretch the elastic for fear that it has dried but it doesn’t feel like it.
