We sign special business contract with Royal Mail and they use 2D bar code delivery confirmation system ( please check on Royal Mail's website if needed ), 

If any customer claims ' no receive ', please
confirm the recipient's name and address first, if the address is correct,  we will forward the 'no receive' request with the confirmed details to them, 
they can trace it up and send the evidence to avoid any dispute.we'll ask other parties include post office, Royal Mail, , to step in for 
investigation regardless the item's value, a special form will also be filled up for further investigation under the Royal Mail's contract.  And they will also 
log in the recipient's full details into their system and monitor any future deliveries to that address as well to avoid same problem happens again. 

This procedure also applies to any customer whom claims received defective item, please first provide clear photos of the envelop and the broken item both as evidences, and then we'll always ask the broken item to be returned to us in its unworn, unused condition, with no sign of wear, it'll also be video recorded once we receive the returned package before we open it to avoid any risk or dispute. Further investigation will be carried out with post office and Royal Mail together if necessary.

    It should also not be worn while swimming in salt or chlorinated water or while bathing, showering or in a sauna. This particularly applies to plated pieces.
