Hi,
These are beautiful two-tone boots with great quality.
The leather is on the inner and outer side. The leather is very smooth and soft.
Size 6B
"B" stands for the standard (medium) width. Given it is vintage, I believe it falls a bit smaller, for EU 35.5-36 

The outer part is made out of combination of black and blue leather. Blue leather has some ornament on it all over the boots.
The inner part made out of soft brown leather.
The sole is in a great condition.

Please note:
There are some scratches on the sole and also the signs of wear on the both soles close to the toe. Also there is a stain on one of the boots on the blue leather (check photos).

Other than that, it is visible that the shoes were worn very little. The measurements are on the photos.
