Occasion
A pair of vintage Red Wing moc toe work boots. Difficult to date, but clearly vintage. Predate Local Red Wing store said likely 1950s. They appear to be a very early model of the moc toe boot. No tag and Interior stamp is hard to read but the number appears to be 05036. Size is legible (9B). Similar boots identified online as 1960s models have different soles and lining. Sole appears to be rubber/vibram.
These have been In my closet since for 3 decades. Prior to that they belonged to a family member, who was the original owner. They're in great shape given the age. There are only a few scuffs/gouges (shown in the final 2 listing images). Soles have minimal wear.
I can't find comps on boots with this sole with the Red Wing label on similar boots. I wear a size 10 so these are a little bit small on me on length. Width is a B. Wish I could wear them, but I can't. Please see the listing photos for item details, including sizing and condition and feel free to message me with questions.
