Shipping:
We offer combined shipping for all orders. We ship from Bulgaria (Europe) with DHL Global Mail or DHL Express. We dispatch the orders in 3-5 business days, because our jewels are handmade and we make them espacially for you when we receive your order and sometimes this can take 3-5 days. Standard delivery in Europe takes usually 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks), for United States and Canada it takes 10-20 business days (2-4 weeks). It can take a bit longer for the rest of the world.
Express delivery with DHL takes usually 2-4 business days worldwide.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange.
You can return it in 60 days. Any product you return should be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
