Shipping Policy:
We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on all our USA orders using the most renowned logistic partners like USPS & UPS. We also offer expedited shipping using the above carriers at a nominal cost.
Our customer service experts will email you and notify once the product is shipped out and also update you with the respective service providers tracking details for you to track and trace your item during transit.
Returns / Exchange:
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not happy with your decision, fret no more as we offer a hassle free, no quibbles 30 days returns, starting from the day you receive the product. We do not charge any Re-stocking fee for items sent for refunds.
Note:
· Every returned item(s) must be in their original state accompanied by the original packaging, certificates and other materialist was supplied with.
· Security tags if broken will disqualify any item from refunds.
· Any item that is found used, tampered, altered from its original state will disqualify from refunds.
· Eternity Rings (Both Half & Full) are not eligible for returns.
· Stud Earrings are also not eligible for returns and refunds as we strictly observe health & safety laws.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed only once the product is returned and received at our premises and the refunds may take up to 2-3 working days to process after the receipt of items.

You can also pay using your credit card, via PayPal, by using PayPal as a guest. Payment is required immediately after sale of an item.
