This is a gorgeous antique Victorian sterling silver oval shaped locket hung on a sterling silver chain. The sterling silver chain measures 18 inches long and it is stamped '925' on the secure clasp. The oval locket measures 3cm long and 2.2cm wide. Please note, due to its age, this antique locket is an unmarked piece that tests as silver. The necklace weighs 9.34g. The locket has an intricate engraved scroll filled pattern either side of the locket. There is an ornate smooth zig zag pattern running around the edge that adds further texture and interest to this unique memento mori love token.
