This is a cool short dress or tunic top from M by Missoni. It measures 29" at the back of the neck and 18" from under arm to under arm. It is marked a US size 2 but it is not fitted. There are some small snags on the front of the sweater. I tried to get a close up to show how small. The dress has geometric design in black, tan, brown, peach, and teal designs. The teal and tan sections are semi-shear .
